First Intern in my whole life,
Wholly New environment for 4 months.
Yes, I am attending for my internship from 9th Jan until 27th April 2012.
It will be a 4 month internship.
Currently staying in Cheras, Midah Height,
and of course, the most important is...

If you were asking what am I doing here and what am I going to do,
and I will definitely answer that " I Came for learning, not for working "
The first day of work is always hard, since it came with a lot of uncertainty.
Well, I woke up early in the morning 5.30am, Yes! I am nervous!
After bathing, I was picking and choosing which tie to suit which formal shirt, the FIRST IMPRESSION!
We reached office around 7.20am, and of course, this is very early. [normal for fresh employee]
Officially started about 8am,
the day start with quite a.. systematic and super.. weird? energetic?.gif)
I do not know which word to describe it yet, seems I can't use to it yet.
We called it as a "Power Morning". Get it clear:
We started our Power Morning everyday, the main objective is typically to create an energetic environment, and provide a positive aura among us. Still in progress.
The agenda start with a simple prayer for 2 minutes,
and then comes along with oath.
The content of the oath is very clear, and It is useful and important in our life so,
It convince us that what happen to us, is what we deserve to get according to what we did,
it is quite similar to the book that I read before, "The Secret". The other main point is,
we are the one who make the decision of choices for yourself, in the oath, we mentioned "We are the MASTER OF CHOICES".
After oath, it came along with a simple song with body movement to create energetic environment. Yet, I am not use to it yet. .gif)
After all that, is time for sharing from each other, from the Agent, and also the boss, Aden Lee! .gif)
The main chapter we are discussing is about the "When you see your dream or goal, you don't see your goal and nightmare" Quite a interesting topic that tells that, in the fact, we as the nature of human being, we are afraid of anything that we never facing before, once we had a chance to overcome it, yet, the nightmare gone. Seems pretty easy right?.gif)
I believe in this because, the goals is the platform for us to have a dream, and whether it is a nightmare or not, It still depends on how we are looking into it.
We also have the chance to learned from others, and another good concept I can agree with it is from our HR, Miss Mimi. She is a Malay, and she pointed out important issue, which is, Family. She even mention and shared what problem occurred among the family, at least, the nature of human still remain. .gif)
Another story being shared also about a people who lost his/her hope after the Tsunami take away his/her family and all relatives life, and after that, there is a goal to create a home for orphan. You see? There is always a value in each of the human being.

We were then asked to did a test which is "The Personality System" TPS in short.
I would like to believe that this is the system that tell and guide us about 3 things
1. What we are, when we are in public.
2. What we are, when we are alone.
3. How we look our self as.
The personality categorize into Dominant(D), Influencing(I), Stable and Steady(S), and Compliant(C).
I would explain the people with:
- High D have the characteristic of a Business man,
- High I have the characteristic of an Influencer,
- High S have the characteristic of a Steady performance and trust able person,
- High C have the characteristic of a Analytically person who always want facts to prove.
For me, I having an extremely high I and C. For me, It will be just a guidance for me .gif)
Aiden Lee, is a speaker, and also our boss-sie~ .gif)
He know a lot about Generation Y also.. And, also a lot more to be discovered.
What I am assigned to do? Good Question!
Read books! haha! For the moment, is read book.

After that, we end our "work" at 4.30pm to avoid traffic jam.
And, I am back to my condo~ And still planning what to do.
Had my dinner with Edmand at Leissure Mall, Sakae Sushi.

We reached even earlier compare with the first day. We reach around 7am.
No choice, we had our breakfast at MaMak first XD Roti Canai + Milo Panas!
The power morning today start as usual as well.

It explains how willingness of someone affect one's result.
It describe that on needs a lot of element to be combined to reached a certain target.
After that, we had our lunch with Mr.Aden aka Aden.
Arg~ This is a good chance to ask about Chinese New Year Holiday!
And Aden explained about what actually happen in reality about holidays before letting us knowing the result. And It fit what I learned in HR management before.
He is really a good boss .gif)
For the moment. Haha
Then, we played the game named "Cash Flow",
created by the writer of the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", by Robert Kiyosaki.
This is a game which given a salary and expenses, and of course assets and liabilities.
And we are going to achieve our mission and our vision.
Mission is to earn the passive income equals to our salary, after achieving it, we will have to reach our goals set at the beginning of the game.
We had our dinner at Klang, for a Bah Kut Teh.gif)
It was quite boring when It come to the night time, no internet connection yet in the place I currently staying, Cheras. But luckily, there is a fire work which calm me after while =)
